Nature’s Sunshine AutoShip Program

Do you have a few products that you order each month? If so, there is a good chance you are already purchasing enough products to receive up to $60 in FREE products per quarter. NSP has created a way for you to save on the products you buy each month. The program is AutoShip and it works like a frequent buyer’s club.

Place a standing Internet order of $50–$250 of products that you want delivered each month and you will earn a certificate for free NSP products. Simply maintain your AutoShip order for three consecutive months to earn a certificate. Amounts are as follows:

Order $50–$99.99 = $10 product certificate for this shipment
Order $100–$250 = $20 product certificate for this shipment

For example, if someone has a $60 order in September, $120 order in October and a $200 order in November, they will receive a $50 product certificate in December.

Q: What is AutoShip?
A: AutoShip is a convenient, no-hassle way to have product shipped to you automatically on a monthly basis.

Q: Are there any benefits of using AutoShip?
A: Yes. You can receive up to $60 in product credit per quarter by participating in the AutoShip program for three (3) consecutive months.

Q: When will my order be processed?
A: All AutoShip orders are processed on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.

Q: When will I receive my product certificate?
A: Your product certificate will be added to your account by the 15th day of the month following the qualification period. For example, if you placed an AutoShip order in September, October and November, your certificate would be placed on your account by December 15.

Note: You will not receive a product certificate in the mail. This is an electronic certificate that will be added to your account after three (3) months’ participation in the AutoShip program.

Q: Once I set up an AutoShip order, can I change the items on the order?
A: Yes. You may edit the items as often as you want as long as the order has a minimum total of $50. All changes to your order must be made on or before the 14th of each month. No changes will be allowed on the 15th.

Q: Are there any specific requirements for an AutoShip order?
A: Yes. AutoShip orders must have a minimum total of $50 and must not exceed $250. To qualify for the product certificate, you must maintain your AutoShip order for three consecutive months. If you fall below the minimum order amount or skip a month, you must start over in the qualification process. Also, you must have a verified email address.

Q: Can product specials or promotions be added to an AutoShip order?
A: No, product promotions cannot be added due to the timing of our promotions and the intent of the AutoShip program.

Q: Can I use my product certificate on an AutoShip order?
A: No. You must use your product certificate on a future (non-AutoShip) order.

Q: Can my product certificate be used on a phone or mail order?
A: Yes.

Q: Does my product certificate expire?
A: Yes. Your certificate will expire 60 days from the date it was issued.

Q: How do I verify my email address?
A: When you set up your AutoShip account, you will be asked for a valid email address. You will then receive an email from naturessunshine.com. Click on the link included in the email to verify your address.

Q: What if my email address changes?
A: Simply verify your new email address.

Q: Can I delete an AutoShip order?
A: Yes. However, if the AutoShip order has been active for less than three (3) consecutive months, you will not receive your product certificate. If you decide to join the program at a later time, you will be required to once again meet the three-consecutive-month minimum.

Q: How can I confirm that my order has been processed?
A: You will be notified via email when the order is processed.

Q: How many AutoShip orders per account may I have?
A: You are limited to one AutoShip order per account.

Q: What if items on my AutoShip order are backordered?
A: You will be notified via email as to which items were backordered. They will be shipped separately when they become available at no extra charge to you.

Q: What if my AutoShip order falls below the $50 minimum requirement because of discontinued and non-orderable items?
A: A hold will be placed on your AutoShip order and you will be notified via email if this happens. You will be required to remove or replace any discontinued items while maintaining the minimum order total of $50. If you fail to make appropriate changes to the order before the last day of the month, the AutoShip order will be deleted, and you will not receive a product certificate for that period. You will be required to start the program again.

Q: What happens if there is a problem with my payment for an AutoShip order?
A: If there is a problem processing your credit card (i.e., card is declined or expired), you will be notified by email. It is your responsibility to correct the billing problem (i.e., change the credit card number, expiration date, etc.) before the end of the month. Once the billing information has been changed, we will immediately try to process the order. If you fail to correct the billing problem before the last day of the month, the AutoShip order will be deleted, and you will not receive product credit for that period. You will be required to start the program again.

Q: If I have a question or problem with an AutoShip order, who can I contact?

Q. How do I sign up for this program?
A. This program is offered online only, so you will need to log in to the NSP site. To do so requires your account number and a PIN#. If you don’t have any one of these numbers, call Nature’s Sunshine Customer Service to get them: 1-800-223-8225, then:
