Your products are shipped directly from the nearest Nature’s Sunshine warehouse so you have the freshest product possible. Customer satisfaction is where Nature’s Sunshine’s shines, along with product quality.

If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with a product, they may return any unused portion to Nature’s Sunshine within 90 days of the date purchased for a refund/replacement. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the product price (customer is responsible for shipping costs). Boomerang Air Sanitizers require a $35.00 restocking fee.

Invoice order numbers are your proof of purchase, keep the invoice packaged with your shipment. All returns must be authorized in advance by the Customer Service department. Call our office at 1-866-580-3226 to request an authorization.

This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or outdated and does not apply to the Nature’s Spring Water Treatment System and Nature Seal Cookware or Quantity purchases. These items carry individual warranties.

* We welcome quantity purchasers with the following stipulations:

  1. You agree that you have used the product successfully and this isn’t your first time to purchase/use the product(s).
  2. There is a 20% restocking fee on any product needed to be returned. All returns require you, the consumer, to pay for return shipment charges with tracking.
  3. Orders can’t be submitted without prior authorization. Approved returns that are returned will be credited less the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges incurred originally.
