Hi Sunshiners!

The cold has hit Virginia and I am dreaming of Spring! In the meantime,
we’re putting together a trip to Alabama since we haven’t been back in 5
years. We’ve got a long list of managers and distributors to visit and of
course we’re hoping for warmer weather.
We leave here on Christmas Day and return on New Year’s Day. Good time for
us to be gone since things are usually a bit slower online and in the
office. If you would like to get together for a face-to-face chat, let me
know in the next few days. I’m scheduling the itinerary and already have 21
Sunshiners we’re hoping to see. I’m working my way down the itinerary one
day at a time and hoping not to leave anybody out.
The next time I send this out it will be 2006. Amazing how quickly a year
goes by and yet how filled each one is with memories, challenges, and the
rewards of sharing Sunshine with others.

• Thai-Go has been NSP’s top seller now for 18 months.
• Hoodia is really making a difference in appetite control. I have a friend
who has been on it for a month and has only superlative words about it.
This is another NSP product that can build a business on its own, like
Thai-Go has done for many managers. Watch the Flash presentation on NSP’s
website, read the product information and begin to Share Sunshine on Hoodia.
• December 1 ushered in the new policy change of no more free shipping with
the signup order. Now NSP will offer free shipping on the 2nd order along
with the 20% off coupon that is electronically applied to the account for 90
days after signup. This will hopefully produce more reorders with two great
perks offered.
• January 1 the new shipping charges will become effective. Internet orders
under $100 will be $6 and over $100 will be $8 for UPS ground shipping. If
you place your orders by phone, fax, or email, the shipping fee will be .50
more.

20% Off Coupon Reminders
After the last issue of this newsletter I wrote an email reminder to send to
new members 30 to 60 days after they signed up. The purpose was to remind
them of their 20% off coupon to see if it would generate any additional
sales.
I asked Robin, Christina and Ben to send some out and track results for me.
Here’s our report to you after two weeks from the send date:
Robin and Christina got some instant email feedback with thanks for sending
them.
Robin sent out a dozen emails and got three reorders totaling 178.87 QV.
Christina didn’t see any reorders within that time period.
Ben only had a few members to send to since he just began business October
1. He didn’t see any reorders. It may have been too soon in his case?
We sent out 15 emails and had 2 reorders totaling 134.75 QV.
I included their account number, but with the volume of sign-ups we have I
have since decided to include a week’s worth in the BCC line of the email
without their name or account numbers. They can call Order Entry and have
them look it up if they don’t have it. This makes it possible to keep up
with doing this.

It’s often said that doing anything for 21 days in a row will eventually
turn into a habit for you. And a marketing habit is a great thing for any
business to have.
The writer suggests you choose three to five things every day that are
related to marketing for your business and do them at the beginning of the
day before you start fighting the daily fires.
You can’t increase your income if you don’t increase your marketing. Visit

will be your style, not something you have to force yourself to do.

What are the options for a Member to change Sponsors?
There are three options for a Member/Distributor to change Sponsors. The
first is to obtain a Change of Sponsorship form from Customer Service.
Complete and return this form with a $50 processing fee. The form requires a
signature release from the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s three immediate upline
Managers.
The second option is to resign the account by writing a letter to Home
Office requesting the resignation and waiting three months from the date of
resignation to reapply under another sponsor.
The third option is to let the account expire, and the Member/Distributor
may reapply under a new Sponsor immediately, as long as no purchases have
been made on the account for 30 days. If purchases were made in the
expiration month, the Member/Distributor may reapply 30 days after
expiration.
Managers may not change sponsors.

Evelyn Davila from Fort Benning, GA
Evelyn is going to be helping our Spanish-speaking website visitors. We
have had our site linked into a My NSP site to provide a Spanish version to
view and shop. However, people still have questions and my limited Spanish
has made it a challenge for emails and phone calls.
That caused me to be diligent in prayer and looking for somebody to handle
this segment of our business so we could be blessed in providing better
customer service to our Latino visitors, while the distributor could reap
the benefits of the new members being referred while they build their own
NSP business. One day Evelyn called to place an order!
She was born in Puerto Rico and lives with her retired husband who has
encouraged her to do this since it’s such a good fit for her. She’s been in
love with natural products for a long time and has a lot of contacts around
her that would like to know more.
We are very glad that she found us!

News Within The Family

Congratulations to Dianne Frase. We see that lightning bolt by her name on
our NSP online report which means she’s breaking out a new manager. She’s
been busy getting products into the alternative doctor’s office she works at
part time. One by one she’s been adding NSP products to the shelves so her
QV has been growing.
Robin has her in-laws coming on the 8th from Wales. They will remain until
the 30th and then we will arrive on the 31st to celebrate New Year’s Eve
with her and Steve. Don’t know if any of us will actually be awake for the
midnight toll, but at least it will be celebrated with friends.
