Shipping Guidelines

All orders received by 11:30 AM EST - Monday - Friday will be processed that day. This is exclusive of holidays and weekends. We utilize several warehouses and depending on your shipping method chosen a non-proximity shipping location may be chosen. Each shipping location ceases shipping orders received after 12:00 noon local time. All shipping choices are displayed in the cart based on the weight of your order. Each shipping policy lists expected delivery times for each shipping method. Note: if order is received after 12:00 noon add an extra day to the expected delivery times. Or, if received after 12:00 noon on a Friday consider the expected delivery times can't begin until the following workday of the warehouse.

Probiotic Shipping Guidelines

• Our probiotics are shipped frozen from the nearest Nature’s Sunshine warehouse.

• Extra bacterium is added to each capsule to account for any degradation in transit. In fact, the capsules can be at room temperature for up to a week before the label amount will be reduced due to the extra bacterium that was included at the time of manufacture.

• You’re guaranteed to always receive the freshest product since it ships from the nearest Nature’s Sunshine warehouse. When you purchase from The Herbs Place.

Because unlike many other Nature’s Sunshine distributors we ship directly from the Nature’s Sunshine warehouse.
