Yellow Dock

Yellow Dock, a member of the buckwheat family, grows abundantly throughout the U.S. Pioneers used it for nutritional support of the urinary system. Its active principles include anthraquinones and tannins, the former are responsible for yellow dock's mild colon-stimulating activity. Yellow dock promotes proper elimination and colon health. It also supports liver function.

Each capsule contains 460 mg yellow dock. Take 2 capsules with a meal twice daily.
