A NOTE FROM RANDAL
Hi Everyone,
Well we struck water at 75 feet and we now have all 3 wells drilled. Two of
the wells are for the geo thermal and the other for drinking. Glad to get
that out of the way. Our septic was partially in when I went by on
Saturday. With the winter weather and rain it has been slower than we have
wanted. Eventually, we will be making the move and then it will all be
worth the wait!
On Mother’s Day we went rafting in Richmond, VA. It was very interesting
because Richmond is one of the few cities in the US that has a river
suitable for rafting going through the center of the city. It was a great
time but it was some work with all the paddling. However, we never lost
anyone in the raft or our guide.
In this issue, please read over the information on the featured herbal
formula. Paw Paw Cell-Reg is a product we aren’t able to say all we want to
say about. By reading the information and the website content I believe you
will come to understand the power it posesses.
I hope you all have a wonderful week. Please remember to forward this ezine
to family and friends. After all, it’s how we grow!
Stay or Get Healthy!
Until next time,
Randal

DEET’S BRAIN EFFECTS WARRANT CAUTION IN HUMAN USE
A Duke University Medical Center pharmacologist is recommending caution when
using the insecticide DEET, after his studies last year found the chemical
causes diffuse brain cell death and behavioral changes after frequent and
prolonged use. Read about it at the Duke University Medical Center site – DEAD LINK REMOVED
CHOOSE NON-TOXIC, NATURAL BUG REPELLANTS
Effective as an insecticide due to its terpine content, Germanium
(Pelargonium graveloens) is used to repel ticks, fleas and mosquitoes from
humans and animals alike. A few drops of this natural essential plant oil
can be added to a lotion, sunscreen, or put in a spritzer bottle with water
to spray on clothes and skin for protection. Much safer and so naturally
simple. Read more about Geranium here:

TOOTH INJURIES
A dislodged baby tooth cannot be replaced. A permanent tooth, on the other
hand, can often be saved if prompt action is taken and the tooth is handled
carefully. The delicate tissue covering the root, called the periodontal
ligament, must be protected to ensure successful reimplantation.
What to Do:
When a baby or toddler injures gums or teeth:
* If there is bleeding, put cold water on a piece of gauze and apply
pressure to the site.
* Offer him an ice pop to suck, to reduce swelling.
* Call your dentist. He or she will probably want to see the child to
assess the need for realignment, or removal of a very loose tooth. If the
child is very young, the dentist may recommend a spacer to keep the rest of
the teeth in place until the permanent tooth appears.
* Over the following week, watch for signs of an abscess: fever and
swollen, tender gums above the injury site.

AMERICANS DON’T UNDERSTAND DANGER OF MINI-STROKES – By Linda Carroll
Most Americans are unfamiliar with the signs, symptoms and risks associated
with a “mini-stroke,” a new survey shows. Only 9 percent of those surveyed
could give a definition or list symptoms for a mini-stroke, also known as a
transient ischemic attack (TIA), according to a report published in the
journal Neurology.
“A TIA is just a stroke that stopped,” study co-author Dr. S. Claiborne
Johnston, director of the stroke service at the University of California at
San Francisco, explained in an interview with Reuters Health. “The person
starts out having a stroke, but then the blood returns to the brain. TIA’s
are dangerous and they need to be taken seriously.”
Often people dismiss a TIA as unimportant because the symptoms go away,
Johnston said. But the TIA could be the warning sign of a full-blown stroke
yet to come, he added. Approximately 11 percent of people who are diagnosed
with a mini-stroke in the emergency room will have a stroke within the next
90 days.

1. In a blender, puree tofu, salsa, salt, turmeric, and water-cornstarch
