Blue Cohosh, also known as papoose root or squaw root, this herb is known to women as a mild alternative to black cohosh. It is traditionally used for female glandular support.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains 450 mg blue cohosh root (Caulophyllum thalictroides).

Recommended Use
Take 1 capsule with a meal twice daily.
