Gotu kola is often confused with kola nut. Due to this confusion, some people assume the rejuvenating properties of gotu kola are due to the stimulating effects of caffeine contained in kola nut. In fact, gotu kola is not related to kola nut and contains no caffeine.
This herb is called brain food by many. As a brain tonic, it is said to aid intelligence and memory.
Gotu Kola is said to combat stress and depression, increase libido, supports and energizes the nervous system from breakdown, improve reflexes, and rebuilds energy reserves.
Ayurvedic medicine calls gotu kola a nerve tonic that can be used for overall brain and nervous system support. When taken over time, gotu kola may also support the endocrine (glandular) system, which may lead to increased vitality.
Gotu kola has a positive effect on the circulatory system improving blood flow while strengthening veins and capillaries. It soothes and minimizes varicose veins. It has been historically used with phlebitis, tingling of extremities, and leg cramps.

Each capsule contains Gotu Kola Herb (Hydrocotyle asiatica) 395 mg
Recommended Use
Take 2 capsules with a meal twice daily.
